PAYMENT INFORMATION

Dr. King accepts most insurance plans. However, it is important to verify coverage of Dr.King’s services prior to establishing care. This includes office/visit coverage, lab/imaging coverage and location , prescription coverage and pharmacy benefits and understanding your co-pay, FSA, deductible and overall plan. Insurance can be tricky, and everyone has a different plan that has its own rules and conditions.

Dr. King’s priority is to navigate the best medical approach to your care and if there are limitations or benefit boundaries that need to be considered in care coordination, then it is the patient’s responsibility to convey those restrictions as understood by benefit coverage to Dr. King. Dr. King will always try to provide the most cost effective approach to your care when possible.

All billing is based on time allotted both in the visit and care coordination. For billing questions, please contact Dr. King’s billing service Silver Lining Adjustments.

Cash only patients:

Cash only patients will be offered a 20% discount on all services as indicated on the price sheet. There is no sliding scale offered at this time
