PAYMENT INFORMATION

Dr. King accepts most insurance plans; however, it’s important to verify your specific coverage prior to establishing care. Insurance plans vary significantly, we recommend confirming the following: office visits, labs, imaging (including preferred location), prescription, and pharmacy benefits. In addition, financial responsibilities, such as co-pays, deductibles, and FSA eligibility should also be verified. To avoid unexpected costs, please ensure you understand your plan’s specific rules and conditions.

Dr. King’s priority is to navigate the best medical approach to your care and if there are limitations or benefit boundaries that need to be considered in care coordination, then it is the patient’s responsibility to convey those restrictions as understood by benefit coverage to Dr. King. Dr. King will always try to provide the most cost effective approach to your care when possible.

All billing is based on time allotted both in the visit and care coordination. For billing questions, please contact billing@drnoelleking.com.

Cash only patients:

Cash only patients will be offered a 20% discount on all services as indicated on the price sheet. There is no sliding scale offered at this time
